Pursuant to Wis. Stat. ss70.45, the assessment roll for the Year 2020 assessment will be open for examination starting on the 10th day of June, 2020 at 3:00pm until 5:00pm. Due to COVID-19 Open Book meetings will be held by phone or email. Please call the assessor during regular business hours (Monday-Friday 8am to 4:30pm). You may call anytime after receiving your assessment notice, but no later that 3 days prior to the Board of Review, which will be held on June 29, 2020 4pm-6pm at the Wautoma Town Hall, W8241 Brown Deer Dr. You may contact the assessor (Associated Appraisal Consultants Inc) by phone 920-749-1995, or by email at [email protected].
